Dr. Kishore Nichani is one of the most experienced gynaecologists and obstetricians in Andheri West. In 44 years of practice he has guided thousands of families from pregnancy to parenthood, and built Aashirwad Hospital from a hand-painted board into the neighbourhood institution it is today.

He is a member of the Mumbai Obstetric & Gynaecological Society (MOGS) and the Federation of Obstetric & Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI). His practice spans obstetrics, maternity and child-bearing, gynaecology, laparoscopic surgery, infertility evaluation and treatment, menopause care, well-woman health checks and women's cancer screening.

Dr. Aishwarya Nichani is a dedicated obstetrician and gynaecologist specialising in high-risk obstetrics, infertility management, and gynaecological, vaginal and laparoscopic surgeries. In 2025 her name joined her father's on the board outside — the second generation of the same promise.

She trained and served at Government Medical College, Aurangabad, HBT Medical College & Dr. R. N. Cooper Hospital and Khan Bahadur Bhabha Hospital, managing outpatient departments, performing surgeries and providing comprehensive patient care. She completed her MS in obstetrics and gynaecology, a DNB from the National Board of Examinations, and a fellowship in minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery.

She is a member of MOGS, FOGSI and AFG, and has won prizes for academic presentations at national conferences.

Group of Hospitals, Government Medical College Aurangabad, Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital, and Dr. R. N. Cooper Hospital, where he also served as Assistant Professor. At Aashirwad Hospital he manages a wide range of general and laparoscopic surgeries, with a strong focus on ethical practice and compassionate post-operative care.
