In 1986, a young obstetrician named Dr. Kishore Nichani put up a hand-painted board in Lokhandwala. Forty years, thousands of deliveries and thousands of surgeries later, the board is bigger. The promise on it hasn’t changed.

In 2025, a second name went up on the board.
Dr. Aishwarya Nichani — Dr. Kishore’s daughter, an obstetrician-gynaecologist and laparoscopic surgeon — joined the practice she grew up around. The same families who came to her father now bring their daughters to her.
